Boulder home Denver metro’s most expensive

DENVER — For the second month in a row, the most expensive home sale in the Denver metro area was in Boulder.

The most expensive sale in January was a 3,100-square-foot home in Boulder that sold for $2,375,000. Jay Sude sold the luxury two-bedroom, three-bath condominium at 1301 Canyon Blvd., Apt. 302, to Clariot New Albany LLC in Ohio, according to public records. Sude purchased the condominium for $1,950,000 in 2011.

In December, The David Chamberlain Trust bought a three-bedroom, four-bath, 4,400-square-foot home in Boulder at 1155 Canyon Blvd., Suite 404, from E. Richard Polk of Boulder for $4.4 million.
