Denver building permits hit 10-year high

The city of Denver issued 67,818 building permits last year, the highest number in the previous 10 years. Inside Real Estate News reports the city hasn’t issued that many building permits since 2004, when that number reached 73,151. The figures come from the Denver Community Planning and Development Department, which told the website Denver “has been in a building boom since 2012.”
